At MiniSplitsforLess, we strive to ensure your HVAC solutions are a perfect fit for your home or business. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unopened equipment within 30 days of delivery for a comprehensive refund.

Request Authorization

Contact our support team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct warehouse return address.

Prepare the Unit

Ensure the mini-split system is in its original, unopened packaging with all factory seals intact and securely strapped to the original shipping pallet.

Ship the Product

Arrange for freight pickup or drop-off using a carrier of your choice, ensuring the RMA number is clearly labeled on the outside of the shipment.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the unit is in brand-new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
