How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Most mini-split systems are shipped via LTL freight and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number and a delivery appointment call from the carrier once the unit reaches your local terminal.
What is your return policy for HVAC systems?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all uninstalled, unopened equipment in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for freight items are the responsibility of the customer unless the unit is defective.
Do I need a professional to install my mini-split?
Yes. To ensure your safety and maintain the manufacturer's warranty, all mini-split systems must be installed by a licensed HVAC professional. Self-installation may void your warranty coverage.

What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
It is critical to inspect the pallet and boxes before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice visible damage, please note it clearly on the driver's BOL (Bill of Lading) and contact our support team within 24 hours.
